Introduction
I´m teacher Sally, I believe in creating a truly immersive English learning experience for your child. My program combines engaging activities, expert instruction, and a structured curriculum to help your child develop fluency and confidence in English.
Full immersion in English
- Lessons are conducted entirely in English. This creates a natural language environment where children can learn through listening, speaking, and interacting with their peers and teachers.
- Children are encouraged to use English in all classroom activities , from games and songs to storytelling and projects. This constant exposure helps them acquire the language naturally and effortlessly.
Game-based methodology
- Learning through play is at the heart of my program . I use games, songs, and interactive activities to make learning English fun and engaging.
- Children develop essential language skills while having a blast . My approach fosters a love of learning and creates a positive association with the English language.
Cambridge methodology
- My program aligns with the Cambridge Young Learners English (YLE) framework , ensuring your child acquires the appropriate skills and knowledge at each stage of development.
- Upon completing each level, your child will be well-prepared to take the corresponding YLE test confidently.
Programme
The students will be able to:
• Understand and use 200 new words.
• Engage in simple conversations about themselves, what they like and dislike, fruits, weather, toys, family, school subjects, time, and weekly activities.
• Use simple sentence structures in the present simple tense, mainly in the first or third person singular.
• Respond to yes/no questions and questions with “what.”
• Use definite and indefinite articles, plurals, prepositions of place and time, frequency adverbs, personal and demonstrative pronouns.
• Count numbers of items up to 60.
The students will be able to:
• Understand and use 250 new words.
• Engage in simple conversations about friends, food, animals, sports, hobbies, events, and school.
• Use and adapt simple sentence structures.
• Conjugate regular and irregular verbs in the present simple tense.
• Use adjectives, possessives, object pronouns, dates, negatives, simple modal verbs, comparatives and superlatives, and ordinal numbers.
The students will be able to:
• Understand and use 250 new words.
• Participate in conversations about their city, directions, helping others, weather, clothing, school activities, hobbies, their home, dining out, and traveling.
• Create sentences in the present simple and present continuous.
• Use modal verbs, imperatives, prepositions, gerunds, quantifiers, connectors, and relative pronouns.
The students will be able to:
• Understand and use 250 new words.
• Participate in conversations about studying abroad, travel, jobs, environment, health, celebrities, sports, leisure, and daily life.
• Conjugate regular and irregular verbs in the past continuous, present perfect, and simple future tenses.
• Use “will,” “going to,” and the present continuous to describe future activities/plans.
• Use conditionals, intensifiers, prepositional phrases, phrasal verbs, modal verbs, and adverbs/locutions of time/place/frequency.
The students will be able to:
• Talk about the simple future tense ‘will/won’t’
• Make personal descriptions by answering the question ‘What do/does they/he/she look like?’
• Use the structure ‘Have you got…?’ within the context of shopping.
• Identify countable and uncountable nouns.
• Talk about dreams and aspirations.
• Use comparative and superlative adjectives.
• Identify and correctly use the parts of speech.
The students will be able to:
• Use identifiers
• Use ‘I’d like’ to give orders or make requests
• Express modal verbs ‘could/couldn’t’
• Talk about experiences in the past perfect tense
• Talk about recurring actions in the present perfect tense
• Use prepositional phrases of movement such as ‘to’, ‘across’, ‘along’, etc.
• Use prepositions of time such as ‘in’, ‘at’, ‘on’
• Differentiate between adverbs of place, manner, time, frequency, and purpose
• Use open questions in the past tense
• Talk about possible situations using the zero conditional to express cause-effect relationships
